Four Random Self Defence Myths
Here are the four most common self-defence myths I have heard since I began teaching in 1994.
Which ones have you encountered?
1) Self Defence begins with physical training.
2) Just kick your attacker in the groin. This one, I have talked about this ad nauseam.
3) Yelling “Back Off” is the only conflict resolution strategy you need. I may have posted about this extra ad nauseam, lol!
4) You need to train self-defence for years for it to be effective.
